1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
- The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting. There were no apologies.
- The Chair wished to express the Committees condolences and deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Mohammad Asghar.
2 Commissioner for Standards Annual Report 2019-20
- The Chair welcomed Douglas Bain, Acting Standards Commissioner and invited him to present the Standards Annual Report 2019/20.
- The Committee noted that the report would be published later on 22 June 2020.
3 Dual Reporting
- The Committee discussed its review of reporting requirements relating to donations under the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act.
- The Committee agreed that, owing to time limitations posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, it would not take this work forward in any form at present.
- The Committee agreed that this work should be included in the legacy report for the Sixth Senedd committee with responsibility for standards.
